Looking to stay ahead of the curve in 2023? You have to keep an eye out for Everywhere English, WorkWall and nternz, three SaaS startups who are currently part of the Teamwork Catalyst programme that is run by Republic of Work. 

They are poised to make waves across their industries throughout the year 2023. From innovative solutions to top-notch customer service, these companies are redefining the way we do business in the digital age. Read on to learn more about these SaaS startups.

Up first is Everywhere English, founded by sisters Kate and Becky who started Everywhere English whilst working in the English language industry. The duo had previously worked in the same start-up together for 5 years and learned all the good, bad and ugly of the startup life. 

Everywhere English is an English language solution that works closely with organisations to break down language barriers and incorporate social inclusion leading to national/international growth. They focus on the language that truly matters in business - sales, negotiations, public speaking and closing deals. With the use of data-driven analytics, it allows companies to save time and effort, but also gives the employees the confidence to pick up the phone and close that deal. Their product is B2B and they’re currently at the pre-seed stage but they’re working towards a seed round in August this year, which is amazing news! They also recently launched their new Ed-Tech solution which is a great milestone.  

Next up is WorkWall, founded by Richard Goggin. WorkWall was designed to save managers a lot of time & hassle whilst also improving the employees work/life balance, reducing staff turnover and giving owners a quick & easy overview of the business & financials. 

WorkWall gives you various systems that include rostering, messaging, clock-in, multi-location and document storage that allows you to create a virtual staffroom to improve efficiency, communication, productivity & profitability. 

Richard founded the company when he saw how the software could benefit the hospitality industry while working in North America. The product is B2B and they have been beta testing their MVP with three top bars & restaurants in Cork the last few months and have recently moved into sales. After putting on his sales hat, if anyone knows someone who could benefit from using WorkWall, Richard asks you to kindly spread the word!

The final company is nternz, founded by Paddy O’Toole. Paddy founded the company because he understood the first hand difficulties that students experience building their professional work profile before graduating. 

nternz is a professional social network designed specifically for college students. It allows students to connect, engage and discover careers and peers while building their professional profile. Nternz also offers students the ability to upskill themselves with a range of accredited courses. 

They are B2B and B2C, and have recently launched their MVP. They are also launching a new range of accredited AI upskilling courses, in partnership with a leading organisation in the industry. The courses will help students and professionals alike master AI tools and utilize them in the workplace.
