Programme Manager, Republic of Work and South-East Regional Lead, HBANWith nearly a decade of experience across Ireland, wider Europe and India, she’s navigated both sides of the startup world—building a Cork-based deeptech startup from the inside and driving ecosystem growth by setting up a tech hub in the Mid-East region of Ireland.
With a background in Chemical Engineering and Sustainable Engineering, Eshna is passionate about the transformative power of deeptech.
A recognised voice in Irish tech, she’s been named one of the Top 100 people in Irish Tech Ecosystem and founded DeeptechFest Ireland in 2023, an annual event connecting Irish Deeptech Founders with the European scene.

Programme Associate, Republic of Work
Andy plays a pivotal role in supporting tech entrepreneurs in the South East. With a marketing degree from MTU, Andy brings a strong background in the tech startup ecosystem.
At Republic of Work, he has organised key events like the NDRC Startup Sprint, the NDRC Pre-Accelerator, and the monthly Lunch & Learn series. His flagship event, 'Connecting the Irish Startup Ecosystem,' brought together various startup supports to aid entrepreneurs.
Since March, Andy has directly assisted over 150 founders in 1-to-1 sessions, making a significant impact on the national startup community.
